Section 5. Any person, firm or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction
thereof, be fined in a sum not to exceed $50.00 or by a fine
not to exceed 10 days in the City jail or by both said fine
and imprisonment.
Section 6. This ordinance shall be published in the
Burlingame Advance Star in the manner and for the time required
by law, and be in force and effect from and after its passage.
