AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND CREATING CERTAIN DISTRICTS OR ZONES IN THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section No. 1. All those certain lots or parcels of land situated in
the City of Burlingame, known and designated as Lots 15 to 28 inclusive in
Block 10, Lots 14 to 26 inclusive in Block 11 and Lots 7 to 11 inclusive
in Block 17, Easton Addition to Burlingame, be and the same are hereby
designated and classified as Apartment House District No. 1 and subject to
all rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
Section No. 2. Also, all those certain lots or parcels of land situated
in the City of Burlingame, known and designated as Lots I to 14 inclusive
in Block 9, Lots 1 to 13 inclusive in Block 12 and Lots 1 to 3 inclusive
in Block 16, Easton Addition to Burlingame, be and the same are hereby
designated and classified Second. Residential District and subject to all
rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
It is hereby ordered that this ordinance be published in the
Burlingame Advance, and be in force and effect from and after the date
of its passage;
This ordinance was introduced on the 5th day of December 1938
and duly and regularly passed on the 19th day of December 1938
by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Buck Hives Hunt McDonald Ward.
NOES: Councilmen: None
