The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
Section 1. It shall be unlawful to park or permit to
be parked any vehicle of any kind in the Alley extending south-
westerly from Primrose Road in the rear of the property fronting
on Burlingame Avenue in Block I. Town of Burlingame Subdivision
in the City of Burlingame, except as temporary parking for the
purpose of loading or unloading commodities or supplies.
Section 2. Any violation of this ordinance will make
the party or parties so violating, liable upon conviction to a
fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) or by imprisonment not
to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published in the
Burlingame Advance -Star in the manner and for the time required
by Law and be in force and effect from and after the date of its
passage.
