AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE No. 227 OF
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME, ADOPTED 3rd day of June, 1929, and relat-
ing to Lands Classified as Commercial District.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That section 2 of ordinance 227 of the City of Bur-
lingame entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND ESTABLISHING THE
LOCATION OF RESIDENCES, APARTMENTS, TRADES, INDUSTRIES AND BUSI-
NESS BUILDINGS AND ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES FOR SAID PURPOSES,
PROVIDING FOR THE CREATING OF A PLANNING COMMISSION AND PROVIDING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ITS PROVISIONS" is hereby amended
by adding a new section thereto to be designated as section 2B and
to read as follows:
2B: COMMENCING at a point on the Northeasterly line of the
County Road distant thereon fifty (50) feet Northwest-
erly from the point of conjunction of the said North-
easterly line of the Count* Road with the Southeast-
erl�* boundary line of lot IN" in Block number Eleven
(11 as shown on that certain map hereinafter referred
to, running thence Southeasterly along the said North-
easterly line of the County Road Fifty (50) feet, thence
Northeasterly along the said Southeasterly boundary line
of lot "N" One Hundred Twelve (112) feet Four (4) inches,
thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly boundary
line of said Lot "N" Fifty-one and 91/100 (51.91) feet
and thence Southwesterly in a direct line One Hundred
Twenty (120) feet more or less to the point of commence-
ment.
Bein a portion of said lot "N" in Block number Eleven
(1N, as shown on that certain map entitled "Map No. 2
of the property of the Burlingame Land Co., San Mateo
County, Cal." filed in the office of the County Re-
corder of San Mateo County, February 20, 1905, in Book
"D" of Original Maps at page 38, and copied into Book
3 of Maps at page 55.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published in "The Burlingame -
Advance -Star" in the manner and for the time required by law and
be in force and effect from and after its passage.
Introduced the 19th day of September, 1938, and duly and regular-
ly passed this 3rd- day of g��� 1938 by the following vote:
