AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 227
OF THE CITY OF B"URLUJGAMiE BY CHANGING THE
CLASSIFICATION OF LOT 3, IN BLOCK NO. 5,,
AS PER MMP OF EASTON ADDITION NO. 1, FROM:
THAT OF APARTMENT DISTRICT TO COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
follows:
Section One: For the purpose of making a uniform classifica-
tion of property in the commercial district, Ordinance No. 227
of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended by taking all of
Lot No, 3, in Block No. 5, as per Map of the Easton Addition
No. 1 of the City of Burlingame, from its present classifica-
tion in the apartment house district and placing it in the
commercial district, so that hereafter it will be classified
as in the commercial district.
Section Two: This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after the date of its passage.
Introduced this 16th day of October, 1939, and duly and
regularly passed the 6th day of November, 1939, by the
following vote, to wit:
