AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME PROHIBITING
CTS.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
follows:
Section 1: It shall be unlawful for any person, whether owner,
tenant, or any other person, to install or maintain
a sink, or any plumbing in connection therewith, in
any detached or out building situated on any lot
designated by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Burlingame for residence purposes.
Section 2: All persons violating any of the provisions of
this Ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be
punished by a fine of not more than One Hundred
Dollars or by imprisonment in the County Jail of
not more than thirty (30) days, or both such fine
and imprisonment, and any person defaulting in the
payment of any fine shall be imprisoned one day for each
Two Dollars of said fine remaining unpaid.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall become effective from and
after the date of its passage and shall be published
in the Burlingame Advance -Star, a newspaper of general
circulation, in the manner required by law.
