5 CERTAIN YROPis'H'TY 1N TES CITY OF BURI,INGAME FROM
FIRST RESIDEN'T'IAL TO SECOND RESID?NTIAL.

The City Council of the City of Burlingame do
7 ordain as follows:
8 Section 1. All those certain lots and parcels of
9 land in the City of Burlingame, being known and designated
10 as Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17 in Block No. 1, Burlingame .'Terrace,
11 ±:osj=r2*vSmn be and the same are hereby changed and re -
12 classified as of a second residential district, permitting
13 residential duplex construction use of said property.
14 Second 2. This ordinance shall be in force and
15 effect from and after the date of its passage.
16 INTRODUCED this 16tbday of January, 1939 and duly
17 and regularly passed this = day ofF�b,_Lery 1939,
