The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No.172; Section 25A
of Ordinance No.219 as added thereto by Ordinance No.225,
and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Ordinance No.108 of the City
of Burlingame are hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the Bur-
lingame advance -Star as required by law and be in effect thirty
days after its adoption.
Introduced this gt]3-_day of December, 1940, and adopted
the 16th day of December, 1940, by the followin:^ vote:
Ayes: Councilmen : Burrows -Coleman -Hunt- Me Donald
