AN ORDINANCE AMENDIiG ORDINANCE NO.345 BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IAA THE CITY
OF BURLINGAME.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 345 of the Cicy
of Burlingame is hereby amended to read as follows, to -wit:
Section 3. All lots in Burlingame Gardens, as per
map thereof filed May 152 1940, in the office of
the County Recorder of San Mateo county, State of
California, in Book 22 of Maps at pages 66 and 67,
excepting lots 1 to 5, inclusive, in Block 8 there-
of; Lots 1 to 16, inclusive, in Block 9 and Lots
1 and 2 in Block 10, are hereby reclassified from
Industrial district to First Residential district
and hereafter shall be subject to all regulations
provided for the construction and maintenance of
buildings in the First Residential District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the
Burlingame Advance -Star as required by lain and be in effect
thirty days after its adoption.
