AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 274 OF TRE CITY OF
BURLINGAME ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
No. 227 OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY PROVIDING A PRO-
VISIONAL ZONING IN THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT".
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does or-
dain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 274 of the City of Bur-
lingame entitled "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance Num-
bered 227 of the City of Burlingame by Providing a Pro-
visional Zoning in the Commercial District" is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in
the Burlingame Advance -Star as required by law and be
in effect thirty days after its adoption.
Introduced this 21st day of October, 1940, and ad-
opted the 4th day of November , 1940, by the fol-
lowing vote:
