AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE CLASSIFIC,TION OF CERTAIDi PRO-
PERTY Iiv THE CITY OF BURLINGAME FROM FIRST RESIDENTIAL
TO SECOND RESIDED;TIAL.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. All those certain lots and parcels of
land in the City of Burlingame known and designated as
Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17 in Block No. 1 of the Burlingame
Terrace subdivision are hereby reclassified to second
residential zoning, subject to all regulations, condi-
tions and restrictions pertaining to such classification
and zoning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the
Burlingame Advance -Star as required by lays and be in ef-
fect thirty days after its adoption.
Introduced this 21st day of October, 1940, and adopt-
ed by the following vote on the 4th _day of Nom
