The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
ordain as follows:
Section One For the purpose of clarifying, con-
solidating and eliminating certain Ordinances heretofore
adopted, the following ordinances and parts of ordinances are
hereby repealed, to -wit:
Ordinances Numbers 1, 20 3, 12, 13, 14, 19, 21, 23,
26, 27, 280 29A, 31, 44, 49, 56, 580 70, 77, 78 excepting
Section 4 thereof as amended by Ordinance No. 870 83, 92, 97,
98, 99, 101, 105, 1060 113, 1150 119, 127, 134, 135, 137, 141,
142, 143, 146, 146A, 1470 147A, 149, 150, 150A, 154, 1610 162,
171, 1742 175, 181, 1820 183, Section 2 onlyy of No. 190, 197,

Section Two: This Ordinance shall be published in
the time and manner provided by law.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced on the 7th
day of October, 1940, and adopted on the 21st day of October,
1940, by the following vote:
