AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINUAME BY
ADDING THERETO SECTION 1670 PERTAIN-
ING TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH IN THE CITY
OF BURLINGAME.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows, to -wit:
Section One. The Ordinance Code of the City of
Burlingame is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 1670 which
shall read as follows:
Sec. 1670. For the purpose of porteeting the public
health and keeping the public informed of rules, regulations and
orders of the Health Officer or any of his deputies, it is here-
by declared unlawful for any person to remove any notice posted
by the Health Officer or his deputies on or about any premises
under any of the ordinances of the City of Burlingame or the
laws of the State of California, without permission of the Health
Officer or one of his deputies.
Section Two. This ordinance shall be published once
in the Burlingame Advance, a newspaper of general circulation
published in said City,and shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days after its adoption.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 6th day of October,
1941, and was duly passed and adopted by said City Council on the
2Othday of October, 1941, by the following vote:
