dain as follows:
Section 16 That a contract is hereby authorized between the CITY

of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System, a copy of said
contract being attached hereto marked exhibit "A," and by such reference made a
part hereof as though herein set out in full.
Section 2. The mayor of the CITY OF BURLINGAME is

hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said contract for and on be-
half of said Subdivision.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date
of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of 30 `U s from the passage
thereof shall be published at least once in Tie Burlingame Advance -Star

a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the
CITY OF BURLINGAME ,
in full force and effect.
