AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBDIVISION (a)
OF SECTION 1225 OF TIM ORDINANCE CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME, DESIGNATING
CALIFORNIA DRIVE AS A THROUGH HIM AY
FROM PENINSULA AVENUE TO THE NORTHERN
TERMINUS OF SAID CALIFORNIA DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain:
Section One: That subdivision (a) of Section 1225 of
the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame be amended by delet-
ing the word "Broadway" and inserting, in lieu thereof, the
words "to the northern terminus of said California Drive."so that
as amended the said subdivision. (a) shall read as follows:
(a) California Drive from the intersection of
Peninsula Avenue to the northern terminus of said California Drive;
Section Two: This ordinance shall be published once
in the Burlingame Advance -Star, a newspaper of general ciroulation,
and become effective thirty (50) days after its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on May 18, 1942, and adopted at
a regular meeting of said City Council held on June 1, 1912,
by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Colenam, Dahl, Hunt & Roth
Noes: Councilmen None
Absent: Councilmen Burrows
