AN ORDINANCE, AlERDING SECTION 405 OF THE
ORDI11AI:CE CODE OF TIS CITY OF BURLINGAME
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section One: Section 405 - Requisitions, of the
Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"When any official of the City desires supplies for
his department or office, he shall make a requisition for the
particular supply or supplies desired, and present it, duly
signed, to the City Engineer, who shall purchase them for
delivery.
"The person receiving supplies from the City Engineer
shall receipt on the requisition blank provided therefor."
Section Two: This ordinance shall be published once
ih the Burlingame Advance - Star, a newspaper of general circu-
lation in the City of Burlingame, as required by law.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on February 1, 1943, and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
February 15, 1943, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen DL;1L - Hu-LIt - =otic
Noes: Councilmen 1Jone
Absent: Councilmen urro;;s
