=OT/EKING THE CITY ENGINEER TO PERFORM
THE DUTIES OF PURCHt,SING AGENT.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section One: Section 402 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Burlingame is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following paragraph:
"He shall act as and perform the duties of Purchasing
Agent as in this Code defined."
Section
Two: This
ordinance shall
be
published once
in the Burlingame
Advance -
Star, a newspaper
of
general circu-
lation in the City of Burlingame, as rewired by law.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held or February 1, 1943, and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
February 15, 1943, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen
Noes: Councilmen
Absent: Councilmen
