The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. - Section 1701 of the Ordinance Code of the City of
Burlingame is hereby repealed.
Section 2. - A new section of the Ordinance Coda of the City to
be known as Section 1701 is hereby established to
read as follows:

Payment of all charges for water furnished by the
Lu nicipal „ater Department of the City must be made
forthwith, and if not paid within twenty days after
the date on the bill, the service will be discon-
tinued and will not be renewed unless a fee of 2.50
is paid for renewal service.
Section 5. - The Ordinance shall be puDl'shed once in the
Burlingame Advance -Star as required by law and be-
come effective thirty days after its enactment.
