The penal sum of such bond shall be fifty Thousand Dollars ()50,000.00), and shall cover the faithful performance by the City Treasurer of the duties of his office and of his duties with respect with all monies coming into his hands as such City Treasurer, or the Ordinances of the City, or under any law in the State of California. The said bond shall be approved by the City Council and filed with the City Clerk. SE"TIO'_T 414: CI'°Y 7REASU ;E�' - C01=P�vT_7SATI0:'7 The City Treasurer shall receive Two Hundred and Fift�- Dollars ($250.00) per month as compensation for performine- the duties of his office which compensation shall not be increased or decreased during his tern,: of office. SECTION T':10 - All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are here- by repealed. SECTION THREE - This Ordinance shall be published once in the Burlingame Advance, a newspaper of general circulation published within the City, as required by law.
