A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING THE BAYFRONT ADA PROJECT BY GOLDEN BAY CONSTRUCTION,
INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 83840
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this
Council finds, orders and determines as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works has certified the work done by Golden Bay
Construction, Inc., under the terms of its contract with the City dated July 5, 2016,
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the
City Council and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 83840
3. Said work is accepted.
I, Meaghan Hassel -Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 201h
day of November, 2017, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
