AN ORDIN. NGE REPELLING ORDINANCE NO. 389
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME RELATING TO
RESTRICTED LIGHTING IN THE CITY OF BUR-
LINGANIE ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE REGULA-
TION OF THE DET'ENSE C011.1.ITTEE OF THE ARMY
OF' THE UNITED STATES ON NOVEMBER 2, 1942.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame ordains as
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 389 relating to restric
lighting in the City of Burlingame adopted pursuant to the
regulation of the Defense Committee of the Army of the United
States on November 2, 1942, be, and the same is hereby repealed
and it shall be of no further force or effect.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and become effective thirty days after it is
adopted.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame held on
September 17, 1945, and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on October 1, 1945, by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
