SECTION 2312 - SIGNS - OF THE ORD ETKiCE CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLI1,1Cdia IS HERBY A11ENDED
BY ADDING THERETO A NEN SUBDIVISION ,TO BE KNOWN
AS SUBDIVISION 5 LIMITING THE TIME WITHIN WHICH
ALL SIGNS MUST COITI LY WITH THE REQUIRE NTS OF
THE ORDINANCE CODE.
The City Council of the City of Lurlingame does
ordain as follows:
Section 2312 of the Ordinance Code of tine City of
Burlingame is hereby amended by adding a new subdivision
to be Down as Subdivision 5 which shall read as follows:
"Every sigh within the City of iiurlingame must
meet all of the specifications and requirements set forth
in this Section on or before December 31, 1947."
This Ordinance shall be published once in the
Burlingame Advance, a newspaper of general circulation,
and become effective thirty days after its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a meeting
of the City Council held on April lo, 1945, and was there-
after adopted at a meeting of the u ity Council Held on
May 7, 19450 by the following vote:
