AN ORDINANCE ?MENDING SECTION 412 OF THE
ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
FIXING THE COMPENSATION CE THE CITY CLERK
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:

The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby
amended, by amending Section 412 of the Ordinance Code of the
City, and which said Section as amended shall read as follows:
Section 412: City Clerk - Compensation
The Clerk shall receive :340.00 per month as compensation
for performing the duties of his office as required by law.
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be published once according to law
and become effective thirty days after its adoption.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Cuuncil, held on
August 5, , 1946, and was adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on August 19 , 1946) by the following
