AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY
ADDING A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS
SECTION 1913.1, ESTABLISBING A BUILD-
ING SET -BACK LINE ON THE SOUTHERLY
LINE OE DONNELLY AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame
is hereby amended by adding a new section to be known as
Section 1913.1 which shall read as follows:
Section 1913.1 - Upon any land fronting upon the
southerly line of Donnelly Avenue there shall be maintained
a building set -back line of ten (10) feet, and no building
or structure shall be erected, constructed or maintained at
a distance less than ten (16) feet from the front property
line.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published once
according to law and become effective thirty (30) days after
its adoption.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame
certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the Council of the City of Burlingame held
on April 1, 1946, and was adopted at a regular meeting of said
Council held on of , 1946, by the following vote:
