AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIE ORDINANCE+,
CODE OF TEE CITY CF BURLINGAI': M BY
REPEALING SUBDIVISION "E" OF SECTION
1901 AND SUBDIVISION "F" OF SECTION
1902; AND ADDING A NEIN SUBDIVISION
"F" OF SECTION 1901
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subdivision "F" of Section 1901 and Subdivision
"F" of Section 1902 of the Ordinance Code of the City of
Burlingame are hereby repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby added a new Subdivision "F"
of Section 1901 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame
which shall read as follows:
(f) The Donnelly Tract (Unplatted)
That portion of the Donnelly Tract described as follows:
"Beginning at the intersection of the southeasterly
line of Block No. 3, as per map of Burlingame Land
Subdivision, filed for record in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Mateo County, February 20,
1905, with a line parallel to and 90 feet north-
easterly and perpendicularly distant from the north-
easterly line of Primrose Road, running thence
southeasterly and parallel with the said north-
easterly line of Primrose Road to the intersection
with a line drawn parallel with and 140' north-
westerly from the northwesterly line of Burlingame
Avenue; thence northeasterly along a line parallel
with said northwesterly line of Burlingame Avenue
to a point 254' 7" perpendicularly distant south-
westerly from the southwesterly line of Lorton
Avenue; thence northwesterly along a line drawn
parallel with said line of Lorton Avenue to its
intersection with said southeasterly line of said
Block No. 3, and running thence southwesterly along
said southeasterly line of Block No. 3 to the
point of beginning."
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published once as re-
quired by law and become effective thirty (30) days after its
adoption.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced
at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlinp7ame
held on Larch 4, 1946, and was adopted at a regular meeting
of said Council held on the let day of April, 1946, by the
following vote:
