ORDINANCE NO. 4`,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY
AMENDING SECTION 414 THEREOF, FIXING
THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY TREASURER
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
ordain as follows:
Section 1.
The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame shall
hereby be amended by amending Section 414 thereof, fixing
the compensation of the City Treasurer, and which said
Section as amended shall read as follows:
Section 414: City Treasurer - Compensation
The City Treasurer shall receive $3,00. per month
as compensation for performing the duties of Treasurer, as
required by law, and also for acting as Tax and License
Collector.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be published once in a newspaper
of general circulation published within the City, as required
by law, and become effective thirty days after its adoption.

The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Burlingame held on
February 4, 1946, and was adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on February 18, 1946, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN ahl-Harris-Huiat-Toth-•�hitsell
NOES: COUNCILMEN 'lone
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
