AN ORDINANCE AIMQING THE ORDINA.iJCE CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAYE BY CHANGING THE
CLASSIFICATION OF LOT NO. 1, BLOCK 22,
BURLINGABLES SUBDIVISION, FROM COIZIERCIAL
TOAPARLN= ZONE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 1901 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Burlingame is hereby amended by striking therefrom
Subdivision ^L" thereof.
Section 2. Lot No. 1 of Block 22? of Burlingables Sub-
division is hereby rezoned and now classified and established
as being in the apartment zone.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published one in the
igame Advance according to law and shall be in full
force and effect thirty (31 days after its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Burlingame held on January
7, 1946, and adopted at a regular meeting of said Council held
on January 21, 1946, by the following vote:
