AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 412 OF THE
ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY CLERK
AND REPEALING ALL EXISTING ORDINANCES AP-
PERTAINING THERETO.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1,
The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby
amended by repealing Section 412 and inserting in lieu thereof
a new Section 412 it ich shall read as follows:
Section 412: CITY CLERK - COMPENSATION
The Clerk shall receive 0370.00 per month as compensation
for performing the duties of his office as required by law.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be published once according to law and
become effective thirty days after its adoption.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk of the City of Bur
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the Burlin ame City Council, held on
June 2., 1947, and was ado;:ted at a regular meeting held on June
16, 1947, by the following vote:
