AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE BY ADDING
A NEW SECTION 1222.2 PROHIBITING PARKING OF VEHICLES
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE AUXILIARY ROAD PARALLELING
PORTION OF THE FREEWAY WITH THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
The City Council of the City of Burlingame ordains as
follows:
Section 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section 1222.2 which
shall read as follows:
SECTION 1222.2. It shall be unlawful for any person
to park any vehicle at any time on the northerly side of
the auxiliary road which is parallel to the Freeway within
the corporate limits of the City.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published as required by

that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on June 7, 1948 and adopted thereafter
