AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 412 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME; FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY
CLERK, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain:
Section One - Section 412 of the Ordinance Code of the City
of Burlingame is hereby repealed and a new Section 412 of said
Code is hereby adopted and shall read as follows:
Section 412 - CITY CLERK - COMPENSATION
The City Clerk shall receive 4;-395.00 per month as
compensation for the performance of his duties as required
by law.
Section Two - This Ordinance shall be published once accord-
ing to law.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on February 16, 1948 and adopted on
March 1, 1948 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dahl-Harris-Hunt-Simonds-Whitsell
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
