AN ORDINANCE AL:ENDING SECTION 1905 OF THE
ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY
CHANGING LOTS 1 AND 2 IN BLOCK 22, AS PER
"PIMP OF BURLINGABLES," FROM FIRST RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT TO APARTMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
s follows:
Section 1 - Section 1905 of the Ordinance Code of
he City of Burlingame is hereby amended by changing the zoning
f the property hereafter described from first residential to
pertinent district; the said property having heretofore been
lassified as being in the first residential zone.
The property herein referred to is particularly
escribed as follows:
Beginning at a point located South 2035133" West 14.5
eet from the most Northwesterly corner of Lot 2, Block 22, as
aid lot and block are designated on the map entitled "Map No.
of Burlingables" recorded for record on September 16, 1935,
n Book 20 at pages 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records; thence
outh 2035133" West along the Westerly boundary of said Lot No.
a distance of 86.56 feet; thence South 87024127" East 146.37
eet to the Northwesterly line of Burlingame Avenue; thence
orth 490301 East 59.28 feet; thence along the are of a curve
o the left of radius 35 feet an arc distance of 50.55 feet;
hence North 87024127" West 194.12 feet to the point of
eginning.
Section 2 - This Ordinance shall be published once as
equired by law.
I. Herbert K. White, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Ordinance was duly introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on January 19, 19480 and adopted at a
lar meeting held on February 2, 1948, by the following vote:
