AN ORDINANCE A1,1ENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGATsE BY ADDING THERETO A NEW
SECTION 1222.3, PROHIBITING THE RIDING90PERATING
OR DRIVING OF A BICYCLE, MOTORCYCLE OR MOTOR
SCOOTER IN ANY PUBLIC PARK OR PLAYGROUND WITHIN
THE CITY
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain:
Section 1 - The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame
is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section 1222.3, which
shall read as follows:
"Section 1222.3 - It shall be unlawful for any person
to ride, drive or operate a bicycle, motorcycle or
motor scooter in or on any public park or playground
within the city."
Section 2 - This Ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
September 19, 1949 and adopted thereafter on October 3, 1949.
