HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 0481ORDINANCE NO. 481 — AN ORDINANCE REPEALING DIVISION H AND DIVISION I OF SECTION 825 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME, AND ADOPTING A NEW DIVISION H AND DIVISION I OF SAID SECTION OF SAID CODE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT AND COMPENSATION IN THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMMTS OF THE CITY. SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows: Division H, Police Department, and Division I, Fire Depart— ment, as set forth in the Ordinance of the City of Burlingame in Ordinance No. 449 are hereby repealed. SECTION 2: There is hereby established a new Division H, Police Depart— ment, and Division I, Fire Department, Section 825 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame, fixing and establishing the salaries, compensation and rate of pay for employees of the City regularly occupy— ing civil service position in the Police and Fire Departments, according to their seniority as of July 1, 1949. SECTION : The compensation schedules for classification in Division H. Police Department and Division I, Fire Department, in the City of Burlingame, as amended, are as follows: Amendment: DIVISION "H".
