AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 405 OF THE CITY
OF BURLINGAME SUBSTITUTING THE OFFICE OF CITY
CLERK FOR CITY ENGINEER AS PURCHASING AGENT.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: - Section 405 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Burlingame is hereby amended to read as follows:
When any official of the City desires supplies for
his department or office, he shall make a requisition
for the particular supply or supplies desired, and
present it duly signed to the City Clerk, who shall
purchase them for delivery.
The person receiving supplies shall receipt on the
requisition provided therefor.
SECTION 2: - This Ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
