AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF
THE CITY OF BURLINW.Y, BY ADDING THERETO
A NEVA SECTION 401.1; ADDING THE OFFICE OF
PUiCHASING AGENT TO THAT OF CITY CLERK
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows:
SECTION l:- The Ordinance Code of the City of
Burlingame is hereby amended by adding a new section 401.1
which shall read as follows:
SECTION 401;1: -CITY CTE RK TO BE PURCHASING AGENT.
In addition to all other duties required by law the
City Clerk shall also be the Purchasing Agent for the City.
The City Council shall by resolution fix additional compensation
for such additional duties.
SECTION 2:- This Ordinsn ce shall be published as
required by law.

that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 20th day of November
and adopted on the 4th day of December, 1950, by the following
vote:
