AN ORDINANCE A1,1C+NDING SECTION 11 402 OF THE
ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AS ATTENDED BY ORDINANCE 398 BY REPEALING
SUBDIVISION E THEREOF, REVOKING P07ER OF
THE CITY ENGINEER TO ACT AS PURCHASING AGENT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows:
Section 1:- Section 402 of the Ordinance Code, as
amended by Ordinance No. 398 is hereby amended by repealing
all of Subdivision E thereof.
Section 2:- This Ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
