AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 414 OF THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF B URLINGAME FIXING THE COMPENSA-
TION OF THE CITY TREASURER AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 414 of the Ordinance Code and all amend-
ments thereto heretofore adopted are hereby repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby e stablished a new Section 414 of
the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame to read as follows:
SECTION 414 - CITY TREASURER - COMPENSATION
The City Treasurer shall receive $450.00 per month as compe
tion for performing the duties of Treasurer as required by law
and also for acting and performing the duties of Tax and License
Collector of the City.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published once according
to law.

foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 4th day of June, 1951, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of June,
1951, by the following vote:
