AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 412 OF THE
ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY CLERK
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
THEREWITH
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 412 of the Ordinance Code and all amend-
ments thereto heretofore adopted are hereby repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby established a new Section 412 of
the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame to read as follows:
SECTION 412 - CITY CLERK - COMPENSATION
The City Clerk shall receive $450.00 per month as compensation
for the performance of his duties as required by law.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published once according
to law.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 4th day of June, 1951, and adopted thereafter
at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of June, 1951, by the
following vote:
