AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING A NEW
SECTION. 1222.5 - PROHIBITING PARKING OF
VEHICLES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DONNELLY
AVENUE BETtiVEEN PRIMROSE ROAD AND LORTON
AVENUE FOR MORE THAN TWO HOURS.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: The Ordinance Code of the City of Burling
is hereby amended by adding a new section, 1222.5, which. shall
read as follows.
SECTION 1222.5: It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park such vehicle on the North side of Donnelly
Avenue between Primrose Road and Lorton Avenue for a period of
more than two hours between 8:30 A.MT. and 6:00 P.M, on any day,
except Sundays and Holidays.
Section 2: The Chief of Police is directed to procure
and install proper signs giving notice of the terms of this
Ordinance.
SECTION 3: The Ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of February, 1951,
and adopted on the 19th day of February, 1951, by the following
vote:
