ORDINANCE NO. 526
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIM ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 514 AND ADOPTING A NEW SECTION 412 FI)�ING
THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1 - Section 412 of the Ordinance Code as adopted
by Ordinance No. 514 on June 18, 1951, is hereby repealed.
Section 2 - There is hereby established a new Section 412
of the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame to read as
follows:
SECTION 412 - CITY CLERK - COMPENSATION
From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, the
Cjty Clerk shall receive $470.00 per month as compensation for
the performance of his duties as required by law.
Section 3 - This Ordinance shall be published once as
required by law.
