AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODL OF, THE CITY
OF BURLINGAME BY REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 527 AND
ADOPTING A NEW SECTION 414 FIXING THE SALARY OF TETE
CITY TREASURER
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1 - Section 414 of the Ordinance Code as adopted
by Ordinance No. 527 on July 22, 1952, is hereby repealed.
Section 2 - There is hereby established a new Section 414
of the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame to read as follows
Section 414 - CITY TREASURER - COMPENSATION
From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, the
City Treasurer shall receive 0494.00 per month as compensation
for the performance of her duties as required by law.
Section 3 - This Ordinance shall be published as required
by law.
