AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY
OF BURLINGANE BY REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 526 AND
ADOPTING A NEW SECTION 412 FIXING THE SALARY OF THE
CITY CLERK
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1 - Section 412 of the Ordinance Code as adopted
by Ordinance No. 526 on July 22, 1952, is hereby repealed.
Section 2 - There is hereby established a new Section 412
of the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame to read as
follows:
SECTION 412 - CITY CLERK - COMPENSATION
From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, the
City Clerk shall receive 4494.00 per month as compensation for
the performance of his duties as required by law.
Section 3 - This Ordinance shall be published as required
by law.
