ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME,
CALIFORNIA, DECLARING INTENTION TO
VACATE AND ABANDON A CERTAIN PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENT SHOWN ON THE MAP
ENTITLED "UNIT NO. 1 MILLSDALE INDUS-
TRIAL PARK, Bi"iRLINGAME, SAN MATEO
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That the public interest and convenience require and
that it is the intention of the said Council to vacate, abandon
and close to public use the easement hereinafter described.
SECTION 2: That the easement *n& ich said Council intends to vacate
is described as follows:
A public utility easement ten (10) feet in width lying five
(5) feet on either side of the lot line between Lots 2 and
3, Block 1, Millsdale Industrial Park Unit No. 1, as said
public utility easement and said lots are shown on that cer-
tain map entitled "UNIT NO. 1, MILLSDALE PARK, BURLINGAME,
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", recorded August 16, 1954, in
Volume 39 of Maps at pages 49 and 50, Records of San Mateo
County, California, and extending from the southwesterly
terminal line of Conrad Road as said road is shown on said
map, southwesterly to the northeasterly line of a ten (10)
foot Public Utility Easement as said easement is shown on
said map running parallel to and perpendicularly distant
northeasterly twenty-five (25) feet from the southwesterly
boundary line of Millsdale Industrial Park Unit No. 1, as
said southwesterly boundary line is shown on said map.
SECTION 3: For a particular description of the easement to be
vacated hereunder, reference is hereby made to that certain map
or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame entitled "Plat of a Public Utility Easement to be
Abandoned, Millsdale Industrial Park No. 1, Burlingame, Califor-
nia".
I� SECTION 4: That the said Council hereby elects to proceed under
the Public Service Easements Vacation Law, Sections 50430 through
50445 of the Government Code of the State of California.

SECTION 5: Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 17th day of
January, 1955, at 8:00 o'clock P. M. at the Council Chambers of
the City Council in the City Hall in the City of Burlingame, is
hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons inter-
ested in the proposed vacation of said easement.
SECTION 6: The Clerk of said City shall cause this Ordinance to be
published once in the Advance, a daily newspaper published and
circulated in said City, which said newspaper is hereby designated
for that purpose.
ECTION 7: The Director of Public Works of said City shall cause
o be conspicuously posted along the line of the easement proposed
o be vacated, not more than 300 feet apart, at least 3 notices of
asement vacation, stating the time and place of hearing and the
doption of this Ordinance.
