AN ORDINANCE ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENTS TO
BE MADE DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE OF INTENTION
NO. 560 ADOPTED AUGUST 167 1954, AS MODIFIED
AND CHANGED BY RESOLUTION N0,66-54 ADOPTED
NOVEMBER 159 1954; AND DIRECTING ACTIONS IN
CONDEMNATION BE BROUGHT TO ACQUIRE PROPERTIES
THEREFOR.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does
ordain as follows:
Section 1, The public interest and convenience
require, and said City Council hereby orders, that the
improvements described in Ordinance of Intention No. 560,
adopted by said City Council August 16, 1954, as modified
and changed by Resolution No. 66-54 adopted by said City
Council November 15, 1954, be made.
Section 2. The City Attorney of said City is
hereby directed, with the assistance of Barrett & Harkleroad
and Robert W. Harrison, duly licensed attorneys at law,
heretofore employed by said City Council therefor, to bring
an action or actions in the Superior Court of the State of
California' in and for the County of San Mateo, in the name
of said City, for the condemnation of the property necessary
or convenient to be acquired for said improvements.
Section 3. Reference is hereby made to said
Ordinance of Intention No. 560, adopted August 16, 1954, and
to said Resolution adopted November 15, 1954, modifying and
changing said Ordinance of Intention, and to said Map and
Diagrams therein mentioned, on file with the Clerk of said
City Council, for a description of said improvements to be
made, the properties to be acquired therefor, the Assess-
ment District created to be charged for the cost and expenses
thereof, and for all particulars.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, CITY CLERK, do hereby certify that
the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council, held on the 15th day of November, 1954, and
adopted thereafter on the 6th day of December, 1954, by the fol-
lowing vote:
