AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY REPEALING ORDINANCE 536
AND ADOPTING A NEW SECTION 414 FIXING THE SALARY
OF THE CITY TREASURER
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: Section 414 of the Ordinance Code as adopted
by Ordinance No. 1536 on August 3, 1953, is hereby repealed.
Section 2: There is hereby established a new Section 414
of the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame to read as
follows:
SECTION 414 - CITY TREASURER - COMPENSATION
From and after the effective date of this Ordinance the
City Treasurer shall receive $575.00 per month as compensation
for the performance of his duties as required by law.

foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a special meeting of the
City Council held on the 26th day of July, 1954, and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of
August, 1954, by the following vote:
