AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 805
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY
OF BURLINGAIIIE TO PROVIDE FOR DAYS
A17 HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT OF CITY
EMPLOYEES.
The City Council of the City of BurlinEame does ordain
las follows:
SECTION 1. Section 805 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Burlingame is amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 805. FIXING TILT✓' OF EP4PLOYTLNT.
All persons employed by the City of Burlin-
game in full time positions, except Policemen and Firemen, and all
those employed as Miscellaneous employees in the Administration
and Water Department, -shall work and be on a five-day, forty -hour
week.
Heads of all departments affected hereby
shall be authorized and are hereby ordered to arrange a schedule
of hours for employees under them to conform herewith."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once as
required by law and become effective thirty days after its
adoption.
