A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING THE SUMMIT DRIVE CULVERT REPAIR PROJECT
BY W.R. FORDE ASSOCIATES
CITY PROJECT NO. 84100
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council
finds and orders as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified that the work done by W.R. FORDE
ASSOCIATES, under the terms of its contract with the City dated June 15, 2017, has been completed
in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction of
the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 84100.
3. Said work is accepted.
I, Meaghan Hassel Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify that the foregoing
Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of
September, 2017, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:NONE
