*Note: The purpose of a Council Study Session is to allow the Council time to work on
the stated subject. Although the study session is not a public hearing, as is the case with
all Council meetings, limited time will be available for public comments on the Council’s
study session discussion. Comments beyond the time allocated will be heard as part of
the public comments at the next regular Council Meeting.
