AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY
OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO NEW SECTIONS 1221.6
AND 1221.7 PROVIDING FOR AN INTERSECTION STOP FOR
VEHICLES AT THE INTERSECTION OF BERNAL AVENUE AND
DEVEREAUX DRIVE AND AT THE INTERSECTION OF VANCOUVER
AVENUE AND ADELINE DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Bur-
lingame is hereby amended by adding thereto new sections numbered
1221.6 and 1221.7 which shall provide and read as follows:
"SECTION 1221.6 The driver of any vehicle travel-
ing north on Bernal Avenue and approaching Devereaux
Drive shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before
entering or crossing Devereaux Drive.
SECTION 1221.7 The driver of any vehicle travel-
ing either east or west on Adeline Drive and approach-
ing Vancouver Avenue shall bring said vehicle to a full
stop before entering or crossing Vancouver Avenue."
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized
and directed to procure and install appropriate signs giving
notice of the provisions of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law. /

the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 21st day of September, 1955, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of
