AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING TO DIVISION 5-A,
PART V, ARTICLE 12 A NEW SECTION NO. 1235.16
PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE, ACQUISITION, IN-
STALLATION, OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, SUPERVISION,
REGULATION AND CONTROL OF THE USE OF PARKING
METERS UPON PUBLIC OFF-STREET PARKING LOTS.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
s follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame
s hereby amended by adding to Division 5-A, Part V, Article 12
hereof a new Section No. 1235.16 which shall read as follows:
It "SECTION 1235.16: The provisions of the
Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame
beginning with Section 1235.1 to and
including Section 1235.15, insofar as
the same are applicable, shall apply
to public off-street parking lots owned
by the City of Burlingame or to which
the City of Burlingame is otherwise en-
titled to possession."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once as
d by law.
